For many fleet managers and drivers in Europe and around the world winter presents new challenges. Wise managers and drivers implement strategic plans, utilize tools and equipment to be safe and productive during these times.   **Above all else safety first.** Bottomline is that the fleet must operate in a safe manner for the benefit of everyone and to be profitable. Day in and day out fleet managers dedicate their time to ensuring this happens. Equipment is serviced and the latest tools and technology are used within their budget.   **Keep the wheels turning.** The other part of fleet performance is efficiency and meeting deadlines. Again, this is a daily challenge for managers and drivers which only becomes more challenging when operating during the winter season. Planning the routes and for the unexpected is good practice especially during these months to ensure a smooth and seamless operation.   **Onspot providing both safety and efficiency.** The auto chain system is a great tool for both the fleet manager and driver when it comes to safety and meeting deadlines.
