When choosing Onspot, most of the guess work is taken out when it comes to fitting and installing the automatic snow chain system. Especially by using the Onspot Configurator. Continue reading to find out more information.
Getting the correct Onspot system starts with the Configurator. When properly and carefully filled out, it provides as much info about the vehicle being fitted as possible.
With more and more options being available on trucks in the modern market, Onspot engineers need to know exactly where each component around the differentials are. This includes brake chambers, driveshafts (especially the yolks), and exhaust systems. When the engineering team knows where each of these parts are, they can then create a new bracket kit with the best fitt for your specific vehicle. That way, when the kit is installed, there are minimal adjustments needed, with just fine tuning to get the correct angles of the chainwheel.
By using the Configurator to get the corrrect bracket kit, all of the collected knowledge about the vehicles is in there. Sometimes you can have different brackets because of wheel sizes. Sometimes you get different kits depending on where the AdBlue tank is located.
You will also find the mounting instructions for the kits there too. Hand it to the mechanic who will make the instalation to get prepared.
