The following tips and tricks have been learned from the many Model 016 installs done on a variety of vehicles worldwide. However, it must be noted that Onspot is not a one-size-fits-all product. For instance, as was detailed in an earlier blog post, the ideal chainwheel position can vary due to the difference in vehicle measurements.
While many 016 installs have been completed in Europe, they are not as common in the U.S., but are gaining traction on fire trucks and coach buses in the states. Like many other features of the Onspot system, the Model 016 is another advancement in solving specific chassis application needs.
**Note that this book will give you tips & tricks to save lot of time when you do the install, but it is required to look over the mounting instructions that are in all the boxes for torque specs, and diagrams of proper installation of the Onspot system.
