Accessible information for both of these categories for the driver not only improve margins, they help with the peace-of-mind of the operator, as well as protecting the investment of the vehicle itself. Read more below. With winter weather, you will be fighting adverse conditions that include freezing rain, ice, and snow. This leads to loss in productivity, decreased safety for both the driver and vehicle, loss in profit, and the possibility of increased costs due to damage of the vehicle if it slips off the road. At Onspot, these are the scenarios we deal with all the time. We hear stories of drivers who cannot leave from where they are parked that night due to the conditions outside, or are already on the road and are having a difficult time with the slippery conditions. Automatic tire chains, along with proper use, can encourage peace-of-mind and safety when confronted with these problems. Our E-Training portal provides education in all aspects of automatic tire chains. There are courses for drivers, mechanics, and managers, all aimed at making everyone comfortable with our product, from installation to proper use. The courses are absolutely free, and after the course is complete, the user will get a certificate to show that they properly understand the system. Anyone from a driver who has used the system before, to someone’s first time can benefit from the courses. Four years as a field technician on the East Coast and two years as a Regional Sales Manager. During the four years as a field technician Leonard provided install and maintenance training to dealers. Leonard also performed fleet reviews for customers and provided technical service support. An alumnus from the University of Maine, Leonard graduated with a B.A. in English and a concentration in Education.
