A new Onspot bracket kit for Mercedes Sprinter and VW Crafter vehicles with single wheels is now available. With the automatic snow chain system you will improve performance in slippery conditions
The construction is the same as for the larger double wheel vehicles. The diameter of the axle is smaller (8 cm instead of 10 cm) so the U-bolts/holes are for the smaller diameters. Both steel- and air- suspension.
With the saddle bracket type of bracket you simply bolt the bracket to the rear axle with U-bolts.This type of mounting have been used by Onspot of North America for a long time and is very reliable. The largest benefit is that it also can be mounted to other vehicles with the same type of axle.Installations has successfully been made to VW Amaroks and Dodge Ram Pick-up trucks with this kit.
