We believe that we can make a real difference in achieving Sustainable Development Goal 5.5, which aims to ensure women's full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision-making in political, economic, and public life. As a member of the VBG Group, we are committed to having the proportion of women managers match the proportion of women in the group as a whole, and we view this as a long-term objective.
