That's why we have implemented a comprehensive safety program that focuses on preventing workplace-related incidents. Our commitment to safety is not just lip service, it's something we take seriously. We work systematically to create the right conditions for maintaining a healthy work environment. We have set a goal of zero workplace-related accidents, and we are making progress towards achieving it. Since 2017, we have reduced the number of workplace-related accidents by 52%. We believe that this is a testament to the effectiveness of our safety program, and we are committed to continuing our efforts to improve safety in the workplace. We believe that a safe workplace is not just good for our employees and partners, but it also contributes to economic growth. When people feel secure and protected at work, they are more productive, and the company benefits as a result. We are proud to be contributing to Goal 8 of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, which is all about promoting decent work and economic growth.
