The business area Onspot has strong growth and we need to strengthen the team. The role is new and is part of a long-term strategic plan to ensure future growth.
As a Technician with responsibility for service & support in the Nordic countrys, you will visit and work with our customers. You collect request from customers to make sure our products will be developed and adopted accordingly. You provide technical support for our solutions, as well as training of users. You implement new products together with mechanics and perform driver’s education.
You belong to an international team that is responsible for development, production, sales and support of Onspot. You will work close to our own salespeople, as well as participate in fairs and exhibitions. You are based at our office in Vänersborg, Sweden, and most of the time you are traveling to customers to perform the job
Qualifications and attributes
We are expecting that you have a technical interest and a knowledge of commercial vehicles. You are "hands on" and enjoy both practical work and administrative tasks. We would like you to master Autodesk Inventor or similar design programs.
You are working in a digital way. You are self-driven and enjoy working in different international environments. You have excellent written and verbal communication and does easily create trust with customers. We use English as corporate language, other Nordic and European languages are advantageous.
