What do you do when the sand spreader no longer fits on the truck? Erik Pettersson at J&E Pettersson transport company in Stugun in Jämtland, Sweden, chose to test Onspot on one of his trucks  - and soon there will be more.

When transporting people you encounter needs to improve performance in slippery conditions. An automatic snow chain system like Onspot is very effective. For buses it is usually tricky to construct bracket kits. There are usually not much space surrounding the suspension and the rear axle. This is natural since you want to bring as many passengers and as much lugage as posible.

This Scania bracket for Onspot includes some extra modifications to fit. All is done in close cooperation with Scania workshops during the developement phase.

There is a new Onspot bracket kit for the Renault T model. The kit includes the correct switch for this Euro 6 model

There is a bracket kit available  for Rosero buses. Their buses, that are based on the Iveco Daily C70 dual wheel versions, can be equiped with the automatic snowchain system Onspot.

There is a brand new bracket for Mercedes Benz Sprinter and VW Crafter with dual wheels. That are the vehicles with five tons total weight.

On some Volvo trucks with a prop shaft called PROP-L or PROPS-LE we have had to mount the Onspot cylinders in an angled position

Otherwise it has been possible to hit the prop shaft. This has given the arm a long swing radius causing a possible low pressure towards the tire.

On vehicles that need a compressor and tank there is a need for evacuating/draining water that can build up inside the tank.

The tank can be placed in hard to reach positions under the vehicle, making it complicated to perform the manual evacuation.

We see that on ambulances. Especially the ones with NGT fuel; they have up to five extra fuel tanks under the vehicle making it hard for us to locate the Onspot tank in a convenient place.

Now ther is a solution for this: Auto Drain valve

When creating brackets for the automatic snow chain system Onspot we always make sure that they are correct for a specific model and version.

Sometimes there are other versions of the trucks that we are not able to verify directly. Then we do that when we have the possibility, often in cooperation with a user who is in need of more traction

Volvo have a line of air suspensions for higher ground clearance.

To get a god Onspot installation on these trucks, equipped with the RAD-G2 axle, we have developed a new bracket kit for these vehicles.

When creating specific brackets for the automatic snow chain system Onspot we always make sure that they are correct for a specific model and version.

Sometimes there are other versions of the trucks that we are not able to verify directly. Then we do that when we have the possibility, often in cooperation with a user who is in need of more traction.

We have redesigned one of the current bracket kits to make the installation process quicker.

Since it contains less parts you save both time at installation and also some weight.

A new developed bracket kit is now available on the market. It will connect your Onspot to a DAF LF Euro 6 versions.
