The goal was simple: to give drivers better traction on slippery roads without having to stop and install conventional tire chains. ## **Developed for Nordic Winters** Nordic winter conditions place high demands on both drivers and vehicles. Icy hills, rapidly changing weather, and unpredictable road conditions require solutions that work instantly. With Onspot, the automatic tire chains are activated at the flip of a switch, providing immediate traction when road conditions change. Drivers can continue their journey without leaving the cab, improving safety while reducing the risk of unnecessary delays. ## **From Local Innovation to a Global Solution** Since VBG Group acquired Onspot in 1991, the technology has evolved into a trusted solution for trucks, buses, emergency vehicles, and service vehicles around the world.
